* Create a parish group- these are people who willing to be boots on the ground, each parish will have to appeal their own decree

The next step
We unite Central Minnesota Catholics to protect our parishes and live Christ’s teachings every day.
Each parish will have to set a core group, communication is key. Each group should have:
1) Leader/ Main coordinator- person must be good at multitasking and taking charge. Must be able to handle sensitive issues with charity, clarity, and decisive action
2)Procurator- (maybe leader) this person must be able to receive mail in a timely manner, not a frequent traveler
3) Runner/ Communication people- have a few people for this task, they will assist the leader in researching, getting in contact with other parishioners, and other tasks such as social media.
4) Spokesperson- this could be an overlapping job, able to handle press and questions: will not over share important confidential information.
5) Counselors- someone with knowledge who knows how this work within diocese/ parish, can be former employees, clerics, or diocesan leaders. they with assist in strategies.
